What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect in my delivery?
If an item is missing, incorrect, or arrives with a broken tamper-evident seal, submit the Order Support form below with your Order Reference ID (
QE-...). Our Customer Support team verifies the kitchen ticket and issues an instant QuikkPay Wallet credit or refund to your original payment method for the affected items.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order free of charge before the restaurant accepts and begins preparing the meal. Once the kitchen has started preparing your food, cancellations are no longer free, though our support desk can still help you update your delivery drop-off instructions or contact the courier.
How does Self-Pickup work on QuikkEats?
Toggle the fulfilment mode to Pickup in the ordering bar before checking out. You pay zero delivery fees, and we notify you as soon as the restaurant marks your order as ready for collection at the counter.
Which payment methods are supported for QuikkEats orders?
Payment options automatically match your selected operating market. In Juba, South Sudan, QuikkEats accepts QuikkPay Wallet, Cash (SSP), m-Gurush & MTN MoMo. Every order includes an itemized breakdown of menu prices, delivery fee in SSP, and a 5% platform service fee.
I own a restaurant, supermarket, or pharmacy. How do I list my store on QuikkEats?
Restaurant, grocery, retail, and pharmacy partners onboard through our dedicated merchant portal at QuikkBusiness, where you can calculate monthly revenue projections in your local currency and apply for a verified merchant account.
